The ReVOICE Society began with a simple but unforgettable realization: many people want to learn English, speak confidently, and express themselves clearly, but access to quality language education is not always within reach.

Our founder, Hannah Meiyi, first saw this need during an eighth-grade school trip through Sichuan and Tibetan communities.

There, she met students who were curious, eager, and full of potential. Many wanted to learn English, but lived in places where consistent teachers, language programs, and learning opportunities were difficult to access.

Their desire to learn was strong, but the resources around them were limited.

Later, Hannah continued seeing the same need in broader communities across China, including on platforms like Xiaohongshu and in everyday conversations.

Many students, families, and adult learners wanted to improve their English for school, work, exams, travel, communication, and personal confidence.

Yet private English lessons were often expensive, and for many families, long-term tutoring was simply not realistic.

Hannah realized that language access was not only about children in classrooms. It was also about teenagers preparing for their futures, adults hoping for better opportunities, students trying to pass exams, and people of all ages wanting to communicate with more confidence.

English could help someone apply for a job, prepare for TOEFL, study abroad, speak in public, read more widely, or simply feel less afraid to express themselves.

But language learning is not equally available to everyone.

That is why The ReVOICE Society was created: to make English learning, public speaking, creative writing, and educational encouragement more accessible, human, and empowering.

ReVOICE is built on the belief that language is more than grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Language is confidence. Language is opportunity.

Language is belonging. Language is the ability to be understood.

Through online lessons, writing platforms, learning resources, creative encouragement, and youth-led programs, The ReVOICE Society helps learners speak, write, create, and be heard.
